Usually, we are tempted to grow our business by increasing the number of potential customers. We can do this, especially if we are still in the startup stage. But the costs are high. And if you have a company that is starting to gain traction, chasing new customers will exhaust you and your team.
What you can do is focus on customers who have purchased from you at least once. Encourage them to repeat the purchasing action. It is much simpler, cheaper, and faster.
